- 50% in advance, 50% to receive the full version of the mix.
Formats needed:
- All song files submitted must be either waves or AIFF (waves preferred).
- Preferred format: 16 bit, 44.1 kHz sampling frequency (CD redbook format)
- Submit your song as stems, all starting at the same time.
OR you can submit your song as Logic Pro or Protools files. - Include a sample of a mixed song that you want to be used as reference.
- Make sure every single track is cleaned up (no coughing, noises that you don’t want in the mix).
- Make sure every track or every stem is properly labeled. (For example, don’t call a track Susie 1, call it “back vocals – Susie”. Do not call it Peter 2, call it “guitar – Peter”. Make sure a stranger that does not know the song or the performers can immediately understand what the part is.
We do not work on material that is not properly labelled.

Studio Policies
- Payments to Groundbreaker Enterprises must be cash, Paypal or CashUp.
- Please pay half of the session in advance. If the session is cancelled less than 12 hours beforehand, the deposit will be retained as payment. No exceptions. Bring the other half before the session starts.
- Please be on time, taking into consideration traffic, parking, public transportation delays, etc.
- Please send any files necessary for the session ahead of time so that we can have everything downloaded when your session starts. Send the files or links to groundbreaker.enterprises@gmail.com.
- No smoking is permitted inside the building as we share it with other businesses and must be respectful of our neighbors.
- Groundbreaker Enterprises is not responsible for retaining client files after the session ends. Please be sure to bring a laptop, hard drive or flash drive for session backups.
- You’ll get a rough draft of the session as an mp3 or .wav at the end of the session. You’ll get the first draft 24hrs after the session ends.
- Any damage to studio, building, or equipment made by anyone present during the session will be the client’s responsibility. Only clients are allowed during the session.
